TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FRIARS CATTERY

Friars Cattery is now temporarily closed until further notice.

This is to allow for major building work on site which is hoped will be completed by the end of 2023. An update will be added to this website as soon as we are able to accept bookings again.

Thank you to our existing customers for all your support over the years & our apologies for the inconvenience this temporary closure may cause. To those visiting the website for the first time, thank you for your interest in Friars Cattery & very sorry we are unable to help on this occasion.

The Friars Way...

Animals have been part of my life for over 30 years, both as family pets and professionally. I am passionate about cats and as an owner I completely understand how daunting it can be arranging care for your cat when away from home. I will take the time to discuss with you what your cat’s individual needs are, their personality and of course, their likes and dislikes, so that I can provide the level of care they are used to at home.

A Home from Home…

We deliberately chose to keep the cattery small, with just 8 spacious suites, so that we are able to provide personalised care and attention to all cats during their stay. We can really get to know each cat, ensuring familiarity and routine which helps with settling in. Your cat’s welfare and happiness is our priority and we chose to site the cattery in the garden so that all guests receive regular attention and company while also watching the wildlife and our world go by.
